This small moon of Saturn, only 392 kilometers in diameter, is completely covered with impact craters and canyons. One of the craters (not visible in this image) has a diameter of 130 kilometers, approximately a third that of the moon itself. The impact that caused the crater may have shat- tered MimasΓÇÖs internal structure.
